From April 2, 2025, it is mandatory for Austrians and EU citizens to enter the UK only with an ETA (see information below).

Citizens of other countries must apply for a visa through the UK immigration authorities. There are different visa categories for the United Kingdom, and in all cases a visa application must be submitted. You will also be required to attend a personal interview at the British Visa Application Centre in Vienna.

We can prepare everything for your interview:

  • Completion of the online application form
  • Payment of the consular fee
  • Appointment booking with the British Visa Application Centre
  • Uploading all documents to the British Visa Application Centre
  • Notification regarding the documents you need to bring

You only need to come to Vienna for the interview.

The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain a UK visa on your behalf:

  • A copy of your passport
  • EU residence permit (copy)
  • Visa application form (PDF file), completed
  • If applicable: passport copies of your spouse (+ marriage certificate) and children
  • If available: copies of previous UK visas
  • If available: invitation letter from the UK / travel confirmation (flight and/or hotel)
  • Proof of income (bank statement for the last 3 months showing at least EUR 3,000 balance, last 3 payslips, employer confirmation letter in English)
  • Bank transfer confirmation (see our bank account details below)

Within 1–2 days after receiving your documents, we will contact you by email regarding the appointment scheduling.

Total amount: EUR 360 (including consular fee (EUR 170), appointment fee (EUR 95), and our service fee (EUR 95))

For a language study trip (schoolchildren) to Great Britain, the following additional documents are required:

– A letter from the parents (in English) confirming that they have no objection to the child participating in the language study trip.
– A letter from the parents (in English) confirming that they will cover the travel expenses OR a similar confirmation from the school if the school is covering the costs.
– Details of the accompanying person/teacher (passport details, residential address, phone number).

Processing Time:

1–2 weeks after the appointment (for some nationalities it may take longer)
