LEGALISATION

We assist with both personal and business documents that require legalization or certification.

This applies to documents issued in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia that require legalization.

The legalization process may consist of several stages, as your document may need to be recognized and certified by various government authorities as well as the relevant consulate. No matter how complex the procedure is, we are the right partner for you and can obtain legalizations from all consulates and embassies on your behalf.

If the document is intended for a country that is a party to the Hague Convention, an Apostille stamp serves as proof of its authenticity. For countries that are not parties to the Hague Convention, consular legalization must be obtained from the relevant consulate or embassy.

To provide you with a non-binding quotation (processing time and costs), we often need to review your document first. Please send us an email to info@visacenter.at with a scanned copy of your documents and a brief description of your request.
