LEGALISATION

We support you with both private and business documents that need to be legalized or certified.

This concerns documents issued in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia that require certification.

The certification process may consist of several stages, as your document may need to be recognized and confirmed by various governmental authorities as well as by the relevant consulate. No matter how complex the procedure may be, we are your competent point of contact and are prepared to obtain legalizations for you from all consulates and embassies.

If a document is being certified for a country that is a party to the Hague Convention, an apostille stamp serves as confirmation of the document’s authenticity. For countries that have not acceded to the Hague Convention, super-legalization/legalization must be obtained from the relevant consulate or embassy.

In order to provide you with a non-binding quotation (timeframe/costs), we often need to first review your document. Please therefore send us an email at info@visacenter.at with a scan of your documents and a brief description of your request.

Documents that are commonly legalized include, for example:

  • University or school certificates, diplomas
