Our Service Fees (Visa Processing)
We are not a consulate or a government authority. Only a consulate is authorized to approve a visa application. We act as your intermediary and provide additional services related to your visa application where required. We pay the consular fee on your behalf and charge you our service fee as well as any applicable shipping costs. Our service includes checking and processing your documents, submitting your application, and collecting your visa from the relevant consulate.

- VAT-exempt consular fees are not included in the price list and are charged separately. Please refer to the respective country pages.
- Some countries also require an invitation letter. We can arrange one for you for an additional fee (see Invitations below).

Travel Insurance
Together with our partner, HanseMerkur Insurance, we can offer you comprehensive travel insurance, including worldwide annual coverage.
Our service fee is €10 plus the policy fee. You may also purchase the insurance yourself through our website (see the links below).
Worldwide annual travel insurance (policy fee: €49; up to age 65; over 65 upon request)
BA 698 (Annual Travel Health Insurance Premium)
The insurance covers medical and hospital expenses, prescription medication, dental treatment, medical repatriation, and repatriation of remains in the event of death. A minimum coverage amount of €30,000 is guaranteed.
You or we may withdraw from the insurance contract within 14 days without giving any reason by submitting a written notice (e.g. by letter, fax, or email).
