Our Service Fees (Visa Procurement)

We are not a consulate or a government authority. Only a consulate is authorized to approve the respective visa application. We act on your behalf as a courier and, where applicable, provide other services related to your visa application. We pay the consular fee on your behalf and charge you our service fee as well as any applicable shipping costs. Our services include reviewing and processing your documents as well as submitting and collecting the visa from the competent consulate.

VAT-exempt consular fees are not included in the price list and will be charged separately. Please refer to the respective country pages for consular fees.

For some countries, an additional invitation letter is required. You can obtain this from us for an additional fee (see “Invitations” below).

Visa Procurement Abroad

If your visa must be obtained outside Austria, we can ensure the appropriate service throughout Europe via our partner companies.

The above tariffs are exclusive of consular fees, invitation letter costs, and shipping (on request). Please contact us for a quotation.

Invitations

For entry into Russia, an invitation or tourist voucher is mandatory. For other countries (e.g. China), an invitation is required for business visas.

Travel Insurance

Together with our partner, HanseMerkur Insurance, we can offer you comprehensive insurance solutions, including short-term insurance for stays under 30 days in Russia or worldwide annual insurance coverage.

Our service fee is EUR 10 plus the policy fee. You may also book the insurance yourself directly via our website (see the relevant links below).

Annual worldwide insurance (policy fee EUR 49, up to 65 years of age):
BA 698 (Annual Travel Health Insurance Premium)

Insurance for single trips to Russia up to 30 days (policy fee EUR 19):
BA 547 (Russia Travel Protection for stays up to 30 days – Carefree and Premium)

Insurance coverage includes medical and hospital expenses, medication, dental treatment, medical repatriation, and repatriation costs in the event of death. A minimum coverage amount of EUR 30,000.00 is guaranteed.

You may withdraw from your insurance contract within 14 days without stating reasons, in written form (e.g. letter, fax, or email).
