We are happy to assist you in applying for your Thailand visa (Tourist, Business, Pensioner, Family).

Important: Austrian citizens are visa-exempt for stays of up to 60 days per entry in Thailand.

If you travel out of Thailand by air, you can re-enter visa-free for another 60 days immediately after leaving. This allows a total stay of up to 90 days within 180 days. However, if you enter overland, the maximum stay per entry is only 15 days.

If you require a stay longer than the 60-day visa-free allowance, you can apply through us for a visa of up to 90 or 364 days.

Electronic e-Visa for Thailand

• Processing time: 5–8 days
• No need to send original documents by post

Required documents (per person), sent by email as scans/copies, for a Thailand e-visa:

Tourist Visa 60 Days

• Color copy of passport (valid at least 6 months beyond departure date)
• Recent passport photo (scan/copy, color, light background, not older than 6 months)
• Completed and signed visa application form
• Flight and hotel booking confirmation
• Valid residence permit (for foreign nationals) & registration certificate (ZMR) (also required for Austrian citizens; not older than 30 days at the time of application)
• Bank statement with a minimum balance of 600 EUR (for non-EU citizens)
• Copies of visas and entry stamps from the last 12 months (if available)

For multiple-entry visas, additionally required:

• Flight and hotel bookings covering the entire stay
• Proof of funds / bank statements (minimum balance of 5,000 EUR for individuals and 10,000 EUR for families over the last 6 months)
• Employer confirmation letter (template available on request)

Pensioner Visa 90 Days (Non-Immigrant Visa “O”)

• Color copy of passport (valid at least 6 months beyond departure date)
• Recent passport photo (scan/copy, color, light background, not older than 6 months)
• Completed and signed visa application form
• Proof of pension income (min. 1,700 EUR monthly or 65,000 THB, OR approx. 21,000 EUR in bank account = 800,000 THB)
• Hotel booking / rental contract / property ownership or information about accommodation (name, address, etc.)
• Travel health insurance certificate (in English) covering at least 90 days, including outpatient coverage of at least 40,000 THB (≈1,300 EUR) and inpatient coverage of at least 400,000 THB (≈13,000 EUR)
• Valid residence permit (for foreign nationals)
• Registration certificate (ZMR, not older than 30 days; also required for Austrian citizens)
• Copies of previous Thailand visas and entry stamps (if available)

Note: For MULTI-entry O visas, proof of insurance for the entire year (12 months) is required.

Important: Applicant must be at least 50 years old.

1-Year Visa 365 Days (Non-Immigrant Visa “O-A” Long Stay)

Business Visa

• Color copy of passport (valid at least 6 months beyond departure date)
• Recent passport photo (scan/copy, color, light background, not older than 6 months)
• Completed and signed visa application form
• Employer cover letter (purpose, travel dates, company details in Thailand, cost coverage, company stamp)
• Employer confirmation letter
• Invitation from Thai company
• Bank statement (applicant or employer) for the last 6 months with balance not below 14,000 EUR
• Flight and hotel booking confirmation
• Thai company documents (registration, shareholder list, business profile, financials, VAT registration, etc., including certified company documents not older than 6 months)
• Valid residence permit (for foreign nationals) & registration certificate (ZMR, not older than 30 days; also required for Austrian citizens)
• Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF / Email)

Important:

• Entry is possible until the last day of visa validity.
• Maximum stay: 90 days within 180 days.

Processing Time:

3–8 working days (during peak season up to 3–4 weeks)

Consular Fees for EU Citizens (VAT-free):

*Can be extended locally in Thailand by 30 days at Immigration offices.

An additional service fee of 50 EUR applies.

e-Arrival Thailand (TDAC – Thailand Digital Arrival Card)

From 1 May 2025, travelers must complete a digital arrival card within 3 days before entry. A printout of the confirmation is required for entry. Transit passengers staying in the transit area are exempt. We can arrange the TDAC for you.
