Valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure and with at least 2 blank pages.

1 passport photo

A recent photo, not older than 6 months. It must be an original, in color, on a white/neutral background, with a neutral facial expression, and printed on photographic paper.

A photo can be taken at our office for €10.

Completed and signed visa application form on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

The application is filled out by you on the website https://visa.kdmid.ru/; instructions for completing it can be found here.

We can also complete the visa application for you. Additional cost: €10.

Proof of health insurance

Requirements: travel period covered, valid worldwide, minimum coverage of €30,000, and the applicant’s name must be stated. A certificate confirming the paid insurance premium and the duration of coverage is also accepted.

The insurance can be arranged through VisaCenter. Please contact us for a cost estimate.

Voucher or invitation from Russia

Contents of the voucher: duration and purpose of stay; address in Russia; number of entries; traveler details (name, gender, nationality, date of birth, passport number).

The voucher/invitation can be obtained through VisaCenter.

Applies only to citizens of countries that are not part of the EU.

E-visa for 1 month

Single-entry visa valid for 120 days from the date of issuance, allowing a stay of up to 30 days in Russia.

Citizens of Austria, EU countries, and other countries can apply for an electronic visa for Russia.

The visa is valid for 120 days from the date of issue and allows a stay of up to 30 days in Russia, with both the day of entry and the day of departure counted as full days.

Possible purposes of travel: private, business, scientific, political, cultural, sports events, conferences, etc.
