We will be happy to assist you with your Nigeria visa application.

The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain a Nigeria visa for you:

Tourist Visa:

  • Original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure and contain at least 1 blank page)
  • 1 passport photo (must be original, in color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
  • Electronically completed and online paid visa application. We can also complete the electronic visa application for you (in this case, please complete our application assistance form by hand or on your PC – the service costs an additional EUR 15).
  • Copy of the flight and hotel booking confirmation (or travel booking confirmation) and/or invitation letter from Nigeria together with a copy of the ID of the inviting person
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence from Austria (also applies to Austrian citizens!)
  • Residence permit (color copy – only for non-EU citizens!)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Business Visa:

  • Original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure and contain at least 1 blank page)
  • 1 passport photo (must be original, in color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
  • Electronically completed and online paid visa application. We can also complete the electronic visa application for you (in this case, please complete our application assistance form by hand or on your PC – the service costs an additional EUR 15).
  • Invitation letter from the Nigerian business partner (content: details of the traveler, purpose and dates of travel, immigration responsibility including the wording «accepting immigration responsibility») together with a copy of the ID of the inviting person
  • Company registration extract of the Nigerian business partner
  • Original cover letter from the employer (content: details of the traveler, purpose and dates of travel, name and address of the business partner in Nigeria, confirmation of cost coverage, and company stamp)
  • Copy of the flight and hotel booking confirmation
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence from Austria (also applies to Austrian citizens!)
  • Residence permit (color copy – only for non-EU citizens!)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Important: Visa validity starts from the date of issue.
