The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain a South Korea visa on your behalf:

Visa for Employment Activities in Korea up to 90 Days: (C-4)

  • Passport in original (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date, with at least 1 free page) + passport copy
  • 1 biometric passport photo (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
  • 1 completed and signed visa application form (original only, digital signatures are not accepted)
  • Invitation letter from South Korea
  • Cover letter from the sending company (purpose and duration of the trip, traveler details and position, confirmation of cost coverage, and emphasis on the urgency of the trip) on official company letterhead with stamp and company logo.
  • Commercial register extract of the company in South Korea (not older than 3 months)
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence from Austria or Slovakia (applies to non-Austrian/non-Slovak citizens)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Visa for University Studies: (D-2) / Exchange Students: (D-2-6)

  • Passport in original (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date, with at least 1 free page) + passport copy
  • 1 biometric passport photo (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
  • 1 completed and signed visa application form (original only, digital signatures are not accepted)
  • Certificate of Admission from the university in Korea (signed, digital signatures are not accepted)
  • Graduation certificate (from Austria)
  • Commercial register extract of the university in South Korea (not older than 3 months)
  • Proof of sufficient financial means (e.g. a recent bank statement showing the final balance)
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence from Austria or Slovakia (applies to non-Austrian/non-Slovak citizens)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

– Hotel and flight reservation confirmations
– The following information: Residential address, telephone number, email address, current occupation and employer details,  purpose of travel, planned entry date, planned entry and departure dates, expected address in South Korea, whether you have previously visited Korea, details of your travel companion (first name/last name).
