We are happy to assist you with your Ireland visa application.

The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain a Tourist Visa on your behalf:

Short-Stay “C”:

  • Original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date, with at least 1 blank page)
  • 2 passport photos (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper, please indicate the applicant's name and Visa Application Transaction Number on the back)
  • Electronically completed visa application (Application Summary Sheets) completed online, printed and signed – we can also complete the application for you at our office for an additional fee of 15 EUR).
  • Application Letter/Cover Letter (see instructions here)
  • Invitation from Ireland (with copy of ID) or hotel booking confirmation
  • Travel health insurance (confirmation or copy of e-Card)
  • Proof of sufficient financial means (copy of the applicant’s bank statements for the last 6 months or copies of the applicant’s last three salary slips)
  • Flight booking confirmation (if available)
  • List of family members in Austria/Ireland/EU (if none, simply include an information sheet stating this, signed and dated)
  • Statement regarding previous visa refusals (if none, simply include an information sheet stating this, signed and dated)
  • “Obligations to return to the home country” (e.g., copy of rental agreement, details of all family members – birth and/or marriage certificates)
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence from Austria
  • Residence permit (color copy – only for non-EU citizens!)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Consular Fees:

60 EUR (for Convention Travel Documents – 0 EUR)

In addition to the consular fee, our service fee of 60 EUR will also apply.
