The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain an Iran visa on your behalf:

Tourist Visa:

  • Original passport (valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages)
  • Recent passport photo (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
  • Completed and signed visa application form (Form 105)
  • Reference number / Visa Grant Notice (can be arranged through us – see below*) from Iran
  • Copy of ID and personal details (address/phone number) of a person in Iran
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence (required for non-Austrian citizens)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Business Visa

The required documents are the same as for a tourist visa, except that instead of a reference number, an invitation letter registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran is required.

* All consular fees include an amount of 10 EUR for mandatory travel insurance arranged by the consulate.

** For (former) Afghan citizens, a handwritten invitation from Iran and a copy of the inviter’s ID are sufficient.
