Visas for all countries

The following documents (per person) are required for us to obtain an Indonesia visa on your behalf:

Business Visa

• Original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure, with at least 1 blank page)
• Copy of the passport
• 2 identical biometric passport photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, original photos only, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
• Completed and signed visa application form
• Invitation letter from the business partner in Indonesia (must contain traveler details and purpose of travel; for a multiple-entry visa, this invitation letter must be approved by the Indonesian Immigration Office.)
• Cover letter from the sending company (purpose and duration of travel, traveler details, confirmation of cost coverage, names and addresses of the business partner in Indonesia)
• Proof of financial means: applicant's bank statement (may also be submitted in a sealed envelope)
• Current Austrian proof of residence/registration certificate (not older than 3 months; applies to all non-Austrian nationals)
• Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Temporary Work Permit

(required for activities that go beyond business meetings, such as installation of machinery, software implementation, or volunteer work)

• Original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure, with at least 1 blank page)
• Copy of the passport
• 2 identical biometric passport photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm, original photos only, color, white/non-colored background, photo paper)
• Completed and signed visa application form
• Invitation letter from the business partner in Indonesia (must contain traveler details and purpose of travel; must be approved by the Indonesian Immigration Office.)
• Cover letter from the sending company (purpose and duration of travel, traveler details, confirmation of cost coverage, names and addresses of the business partner in Indonesia)
• Travel booking confirmation (round-trip flight)
• Current Austrian proof of residence/registration certificate (not older than 3 months; applies to all non-Austrian nationals)
• Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Important: The maximum length of stay per entry is 60 consecutive days. The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and the traveler may still enter Indonesia on the last day of those 90 days and remain in the country for up to 60 days.
