We support you in applying for and obtaining a traditional visa in your passport via the embassy, as well as in applying for an electronic visa for Ethiopia.

Austrian citizens, EU citizens, and citizens of other countries can apply for an electronic visa for Ethiopia.
Important: With the e-visa, entry into Ethiopia is only possible via Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. For entry by land or via other airports, a traditional visa must be obtained in advance through the consulate.

You send the documents by email or registered mail, or bring them to our office—either in person or through a representative.
We review the submitted documents as quickly as possible and inform you about the status.
You make the payment in a way that is convenient for you: by bank transfer, in cash, via PayPal, or online by card.
We submit the visa application on the same or the next business day after receiving all documents.
We send your e-visa by email on the day it is issued or the following day. It can also be collected in person at the office.

Invitation letter from the business partner in Ethiopia — Content: traveler’s details, name and main activity of the business partner, purpose and dates of travel, requested validity period, and number of entries.
