The following documents are required for us to obtain a Congo visa for you through the relevant embassy in Berlin:

Tourist Visa:

  • Original passport (valid for at least 6 months after the departure date with 2 blank pages)
  • 2 passport photos (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, printed on photo paper)
  • 2 completed and signed visa application forms
  • Copy of hotel booking confirmation (or travel booking confirmation)
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence (not older than 3 months) (applies to non-Austrian citizens)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)
     

Business Visa:

  • Original passport (valid for at least 6 months after the departure date with 2 blank pages)
  • 2 passport photos (must be original, color, white/non-colored background, printed on photo paper)
  • 2 completed and signed visa application forms
  • Copy of hotel booking confirmation (or travel booking confirmation)
  • Cover letter from the sending company (purpose and duration of the trip, confirmation of cost coverage, and address of the company in DR Congo)
  • Invitation letter from the business partner in DR Congo (must include: traveler’s details, name and main business activity of the business partner, purpose and dates of travel, requested validity period, and number of entries)
  • Current registration certificate/proof of residence (not older than 3 months) (applies to non-Austrian citizens)
  • Order form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)
