How does the application process work?

You must prepare all the required documents. The list of required documents can be found below.

You send the documents by registered mail or bring them to our office, either in person or through a representative (no power of attorney is required).

We review the submitted documents as quickly as possible and inform you about the status.

You make the payment using your preferred method: bank transfer, cash, PayPal, or online by credit/debit card.

Once we have received all the required documents, we submit your visa application to the relevant authorities.

After the visa has been issued, we send your passport with the visa to you by registered mail, or you can collect it in person from our office.

Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure and contain at least one blank visa page.
2 passport photos
Color, original prints, on a white or neutral background, printed on photo paper.
A photo can be taken at our office for €10.

Proof of payment
Important: The consulate responsible for Austria is located in Berlin, Germany. We will obtain the Chad visa for you through our German office.
In addition to the consular fee, our service fee of 90 EUR (visa processing abroad) applies, as well as courier delivery costs (to Germany and back — 80 EUR).
Processing time: approx. 2–3 weeks (express visa available on request).

Content: details of the traveler, name and main activity of the business partner, purpose of the trip and travel dates, requested validity period, and number of entries.

Important:
For business trips, the following documents must also be carried during travel:
- International vaccination certificate
- Return flight booking confirmation
- Proof of sufficient financial means
(e.g. payslips or bank statements for the last 3 months)
