Visas for all countries

Australian visas are required for Austrian citizens to enter Australia. We can obtain all types of Australian visas for you.

eVisitor Visa Subclass 651 (maximum stay of 3 months):

To apply for an ETA visa on your behalf, you must hold a passport from one of the following countries:

To obtain an ETA visa on your behalf, we require the following documents/information by email:

• Passport copy
• Planned flight date
• Residential address
• Please send the documents by email. The visa fee is EUR 30 (gross price) and will be delivered to you by email within one day.

The ETA visa for Australia is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and allows multiple entries and stays of up to 90 days at a time.
The ETA visa may be used for both tourism and business purposes.

Tourist Visa Subclass 600 (stay of up to 12 months):

If you are not a citizen of one of the countries listed above or wish to stay in Australia for more than 3 months, you will require a tourist visa.

To obtain a tourist visa on your behalf, we require the following documents (per person) by email:

• A copy of your passport
• A passport photo (scan)
• EU residence permit, if applicable (copy)
• Copy of registration certificate
• Flight tickets/flight booking confirmation (if available)
• Completed and signed Application Form 1419
• Completed Supplementary Form 1221 (required for non-EU citizens)
• Proof of financial means (bank statements for the last 3 months or the last 3 payslips)
• Employer confirmation letter (preferably in English)
• Invitation letter from Australia (purpose of travel, assumption of accommodation/living expenses)

The visa costs EUR 190 (including our service fee of EUR 60), gross. Visa processing takes 2–4 weeks.

Work Visa (Temporary Work Visa)

A work visa is issued for short-term stays by highly qualified specialists. The work visa is valid for 3 months and permits a stay of up to 6 weeks.

To obtain a work visa on your behalf, we require the following documents (per person) by post:

• A copy of your passport
• A passport photo
• Completed and signed Application Form 1400
• 1 color passport photo (35 x 45 mm)
• Employment contract between the applicant and the sending company
• Assignment letter from the Austrian company
• Invitation letter from the Australian company
• Company registration extract of the Austrian employer
• Application form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

Student Visa (stay of up to 6 months):

For a language course in Australia lasting longer than 12 weeks, you will require a student visa (for shorter courses, a tourist visa is sufficient).

To obtain a student visa on your behalf, we require the following documents (per person) by post:

• A copy of your passport
• A passport photo
• Completed and signed Application Form 157A
• Completed Supplementary Form 956 (only sections 14 & 24)
• Completed Supplementary Form 1193
• Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE; issued by your language school in Australia)
• Application form for ARC Consulting (ONLINE / PDF)

The visa costs EUR 1005 plus our service fee of EUR 80. Visa processing takes 2–4 weeks, but with express processing it can be obtained within 3–5 days.
