How does the application process work?
Step 1
You must prepare all required documents. The list of documents can be found below.

You send the documents by registered mail or bring them to our office—either in person or through a representative (no power of attorney is required).

We review the submitted documents as quickly as possible and inform you about the status.

You make the payment in a way that is convenient for you: by bank transfer, in cash, via PayPal, or online by card.

We submit the visa application to the consulate on the same or the next business day after receiving all documents.

We send your passport with the visa by registered mail on the day we receive it from the consulate or the following day. The visa can also be collected in person at the office.

Please read the list of required documents carefully. Prepare all documents and send them to us by registered mail or bring them to our office in person.

Original passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure and have at least 1 blank page.
2 passport photos
Recent passport photos, not older than 6 months. They must be originals, in color, with a white/neutral background, a neutral facial expression, and printed on photo paper.
A photo can be taken at our office for €10.
Electronically completed visa application form
Fully completed and signed.
Declaration
A statement that the applicant will comply with Angolan laws.
Color copy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate
Cover letter from the sending company in English
Content: purpose and duration of the trip, traveler’s details, confirmation of cost coverage, name/address of the business partner in Angola.
Invitation letter from Angola
Notarized and authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, must include an ID scan of the inviting person and must also be sent directly by fax from Angola.
Commercial registry extract (Alvará) of the inviting company in Angola
Flight (round-trip) and hotel booking confirmations
Proof of sufficient funds
Bank statement for the last 6 months showing approximately USD $200 per day, or a cost coverage confirmation from the sending company.
Current registration certificate in Austria
Must be submitted together with a Portuguese translation, notarized and authenticated by the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We can handle this for you (notarization, translation, and authentication).
Color copy of the residence permit
Required for non-EU citizens.
