Kenya expands its visa-free entry regime
Citizens from 73 countries, including nearly all African nations (with the exception of Libya and Somalia), can now enter the country without applying for an ETA and without paying fees. Cyprus has also been unexpectedly added to the list of visa-free countries.
As a reminder, since the beginning of 2024, Kenya has completely phased out paper visas. For those who are not eligible for visa-free entry, it is sufficient to apply online for an electronic travel authorization – the process is fully digital.
