According to the country’s Minister of Tourism, and by order of the President, it has been decided to start issuing visas for foreign tourists from October 23 and to reopen the borders for arrivals both by air and land.

Entry will require full vaccination as well as a PCR test taken no more than 4 days before arrival. Full entry requirements have not yet been officially published.
