As of October 3, 2026, Cambodian embassies and consulates have stopped issuing visas as physical stickers in passports. Following several months of preparation — including the expansion of the e-visa system and an upgrade of its certificates — all embassy and consulate-issued visas are now delivered electronically.

Application procedures may still vary depending on the diplomatic mission, but the outcome is now the same across the board: no more stickers, just a digital visa.
