6 additional nationalities can apply for a Saudi Arabia e-visa
The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has announced the expansion of the Saudi e-visa program to six additional nationalities. Travelers from the following countries can now apply online for a tourist visa to Saudi Arabia:
- Mauritius
- Panama
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
- Seychelles
- Thailand
- Turkey
With these additions, the number of eligible nationalities for the e-visa now exceeds 60. Citizens of countries such as all EU member states, Australia, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States can already submit their applications online.
In addition, the e-visa is also available to holders of valid Schengen, UK, and US visas that were used for entry into those countries prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia.
Applicants who are permanent residents of the USA, the UK, and other EU and GCC countries are also eligible.
The Saudi e-visa is a multiple-entry tourist visa that allows a 90-day stay per visit to the Kingdom. It is valid for one year from the date of approval.
